most likely that program is not compatible with that laptop, happens a lot with macs. could also try reinstalling the program. DO NOT open the task manager tho, that will cause about 15% of programs to lock up. open it and let it do its thing for 2 minutes.

When this happens, open up task manager by right clicking the task bar, under processes check (show processes from all users) and determine which service is hogging up the cpu. Once you have this information, google it and determine if their is a know issue with it and the OS you are running. You can also manage your computer, if its Windows and verify the event logs to see if your computer is having some issues. Right click my computer and select manage, then select event viewer and then applications, read the warning and critical events.

Hope this helps!

Dont worry. Nothing is wrong. Most installation programmes nowadays are compressed. So they uncompress themselves in a temporary folder before installation. During this time, you might not see any open application on desktop - as this is run in the background. Hence your CPU is busy.

If you really wanna check, look at temp folder on your hdd, it's contents will be growing when these installers run in background.

this could be an user-friendly one. If the international gets too warm, we've shown that we are able to proceed to exist it with the aid of fact the "Cradles of Civilization" have been in warm, dry factors. If the international gets chilly, then we've already shown that we are able to stand up to ice a while, and that's devoid of any "severe" technologies. If the international gets overpopulated, it is going to, out of necessity, stability itself out. i do no longer think of we ought to fret approximately surviving the subsequent a hundred years. the actual question is the thank you to we shop the subsequent a hundred years from transforming into the subsequent dark Age.
