OKay I am skinny and all and I am under weight but dont talk about the underweight part. I just want my belly to go down a little and just my belly as in my stomach!!!!I am askign for easy ways to do this!

and i dont even drink stuff with caffiene in it and i dont eat candy I only do if its like halloween

Sit ups on a balance ball. You can do them sideways and get better results than plain old sit ups. Leg lifts too. Side bends. If you are really serious and want a flat stomach, you need to eat healthy and do stomach work. If you are way underweight and malnurished your stomach is going to stick out no matter what you do.
