State of Indifference.
Why don't you learn how to drive correctly, then you can pass your road test.

Okay, first of all, get it together and form complete, coherent and gramatically correct sentences (and that includes spelling). Secondly, even if you got licensed in another state (which would be difficult because you'd have to establish residency in that state) you'd still eventually have to get a license in NV if that's where you live and plan to do most of your driving. Whenever you move to another state you have to get licensed in that state.
So, suck it up and deal! They're rude everywhere!

Some states you can attain your drivers liscence at a much earlier age than other states. Also, some states u have to take drivers ED for a total of 80 hrs. (which is crap) Some states are just easier to obtain your liscence, but they, i guess it's for the purpose of safety!

My daughter and her friend where both learning to drive at the same time, her friend went to try and get her licence and failed 4 times. Then she went somewhere where they told her it would be easy and got her licence there on first go. My daughter asked me to book her into the easy one, and I refused. I said that if you are going to drive on your own i want to know that you are safe and qualified to do that. She went to the harder one and got her licence first time. Her friend has had around 4 accidents since she has had her licence, my daughter has had none...think about it you are holding your life and the lives of other people in your hands, it's really not that hard, do it properly.

You have to have a drivers license in the state that you live in, going to a different state will not help. you might go to a different town, or county, but you have to stay in your state.
