yes why not but he must have one account with any of these hotmail,rediff,gmail,indiatimes,etc it is not that u have to mail from yahoo to a yahoo account holder only .
if u have a yahoo account u can mail to anybody who has a account anywhere. o.k bye

If you know their other email addresses like Hotmail, gmail etc, you can mail to that addresses.

Yes you can e-mail anybody as long as they have an e-mail address example;harrycarry@aol.com or harrycarry@msn.com ext. as long as they have @and something .com you can e-mail them just like you would someone with a yahoo account.

Yup, and they can e-mail you.
Generally, there's no limit between people e-maling each other from across servers. Only for instant messengers.
