Yes, it is quite normal, in fact.. it might even be abnormal not to have that at least once in a while.. lol.
The term is morning wood.. I wake up like that everyday, due to sleeping on my gut.

yaes its normal because you tend to urinate when you wake up....it happens to me too...even if i will do masturbation the night before
