NO!
Don't ever trade a RB without getting one back in return. And Edge is definitely your #1 back.
Smith is better than Wayne, yes - but not enough to offset the loss of Edge. What would your RB corps look like if you make this deal.
Moss is overrated. if you watched the Skins in the playoffs, you'd see how pathetic their passing offense can be. Plus they added Lloyd and Randle El who will start cutting into his production.
If you trade Edge and Wayne, you need to get back Smith and another #1 back - the caliber of Lamont Jordan or Ronnie Brown would be fair.
You will be the laughing-stock of the league if you do this.

I wouldn't make the deal. In Arizona, the running game will be utilized a whole lot with only a rookie and a old fart QB, Edge is a solid guy. Reggie Wayne will have a great year because of the loss of Edge in Indy, they will throw even more, and this year Reggie should step up and take the #1 job from the ever-growing-older Marvin Harrison.
On the other side you've got two WR who are on teams who picked up a great second option during the off-season, Steve in Carolina with Keyshaun on the other side and Santana with ex-steeler Randel-El on the field.
Good Luck

Usually trades in which you give up a quality RB and get no RB in return don't end up panning out.
Smith is obviously the best receiver in the league but I would not give up a top 10 back and Reggie Wayne for Smith and Moss.

NO DON'T MAKE THAT TRADE. While even though I think James is gonna have a crappy year this year in Arizona I wouldn't trade him away for that. You should try to get another RB for him somebody like Ronnie Brown, Rudi Johnson, Steven Jackson, or Cadillac Williams. I wouldn't do it. Plus Reggie Wayne is gonna have a better year than Santana MOss.

Do this trade only if you have depth at running back. You're trading a no.1 back for a no.1 and possibly a no.3 receiver and usually that spells doom. I'm not sold on Edge in Arizona yet, but if he busts out, you'll be kicking yourself in the butt all te way through the year.
I'm not saying don't do it, but make sure you have depth at RB before you do it. Good luck this year

No, it's not.
James is an elite RB, and those are harder to come by the WRs.
Also, as much as I like Smith, he's coming off the best year he'll ever have. He won't repeat that. I think Moss is way overrated.

Keep Reggie, but get rid of Edge. The Cardinals can't run the ball no matter how good a Rb they have

Normally RB get the most stats in fantasy football. What other RB do you have if Edge is your best back then don't do the trade!

I agree with the majority here, you keep your starting RB's unless its a better offfer than the one you have right now.
