me and my friend were choosen to go to the hula bowl or the orange bowl to cheerlead. well sence i was in 7th grade i was called fat huge..ect... well others say i look good i dont look fat and what else but ive been told by my faimly and ive heard from others that i need to loose weight and lookin at the outfits the gurls wear at these games i feel like i need to loose some weight i kinda want to get down to 115 by the time i leave but right now im good at getting to 120 so if u have any ideas plz tell me how to loose bout 20 lbs soon

Honey, Thats just not healthy.. U'll look good anyway, screw anyone who thinks otherwise, nothing is worth your health..BE HAPPY 4 who you are and what you look like..

you need to stop being so self concious 120 is not even alot and if you want to be at 115 thengo right on ahead and be the same weight as and average 12 year old..but if you understand where im coming from you would know you see im not fat but i do have a little extra weight but i dont try and starve myself or throw up i deal with it and when i go on diets its only caz i want to be healthy sure i wish i was thinner but just because skinny is the look it doesnt mean its the only look be happy in your skin because some people would die to be in it.good luck but please dont become belimic or anirexic,thank you for taking time to read this.

What in the world? Honey, there's nothing wrong with you. What need to do is eat healthy, exercise, sleep well, and just be you. To lose 20 pounds in a week or two is dangerous! As a mother, I get so upset seeing young women trying to starve themselves to be "perfect". Honey, you don't need to lose any weight. You're fine just the way you are, and if people don't like it, then the hell with them. Please don't do any crash diets or even worse. Just be beautiful, no matter what anyone else says. It sounds to me that your family has issues as well. Be well and healthy, my dear. Depending on your height, 115 sounds very troublesome. Get some self esteem, girlie! Those folks who are or were teasing you are haters, and you don't need to listen to them.

loosing that much weight that quickly is just unhealthy. realistically you shouldnt loose any more than 1/2 pound to a pound a week. 20 pounds in 2 weeks is just not allowing yourself enough time. if you want to loose weight do it for yourself not because some one in the 7th grade called you names. i was once told that people who tease others often have low self-esteems themselves (i was teased a lot too). i myself weigh 130 and am totally happy. 115 is just too small and depending on your height it can make you look anorexic. remember the numbers on the scale are just that - numbers. dont worry about it. youll do fine and still have people cheering you on

THE SCARSDALE MEDICAL 14-DAY DIET

Where no portion is indicated, you can eat as much as you like.
Eat until you are satisfied, not stuffed.

Between meals you can snack on carrots, celery, and low sodium vegetable broth

mixed with One tablespoon of low-fat sour cream
Sliced fruit, all you want
6 halves of walnuts or pecans, whole or chopped, and mixed with the above or sprinkled over the fruit
Coffee/tea/no-sugar diet soda of any flavor
(Tip: puree the cottage cheese & sour cream to make a whipped topping, serve over mixed berries & top w/ chopped nuts for a "sundae")

SECOND WEEK OF SCARSDALE MEDICAL DIET
Repeat all menus of the first week. It's as simple as that. If after fourteen days, you still need to lose weight, switch to Keep-Trim Eating for two weeks, [before going back on the SMD.]
