I like the solos in Time and Comfortably Numb (both my David Gilmour of Pink Floyd)
But I also like Hendrix's solo in All Across the Watchtower.

Jimmy Page on Stairway to Heaven. Also, the solo in Freebird by Skynyrd is amazing. Hendrix had some great ones too.
