As everyone has said Use Vick in a deal. No point having 3 Qb's on your roster and vick will probably get you something from someone who things he is the greatest QB ever.
Your WR's are nothing big and Moss might not have a great year in Oakland with brooks as he did in Mini with Culpepper.
Tomlinson was a nice pickup and Palmer when he is ready should be a top 3 QB again.
But yeah pick up another WR and get rid of Morley and Dayne in my opinion.
I think Anderson and Duckett are better options than Morley and Dayne and as for adding a WR not too much but I like Ernest Wilford in Jaxsonville this year. (Assuming you don't add a rb or WR via trade)
Also see if you can add Miami's D as it looks like it will be strong again this year.

What were you doing in this draft? Why all the QB's?
You wasted picks on Eli and Vick - they will never play for you - when you could have improved your WR corps (which is very weak after Moss) and your RB depth.
Obvioulsy LT is awesome. And Bell could be - but you never know with that Glass-Eyed Bastard of a coach Shanahan.
Deal Eli and Vick now - try to improve your #2 WR and bench RB if you can.
Drew Brees, Billy Volek, or John Kitna will be available on the wire for the one week when Palmer is on a bye.

No offense, but I am not overly impressed with this team in general. You may have LT, Tony Gonzalez, and Carson Palmer in your lineup, but the remainder of your team does not scare me much.
Your WRs are mediocre, so you may want to use Eli or Michael as trade bait for a solid WR or 2nd-tier RB (Vick may get a couple more bites - plus Atlanta and Cincinnati have the same BYE week; consider that).
Your RBs will for the most part be working in a committee style format with their teams, except for LT. That means less carries for less yards and less chances for TDs. You should have grabbed another solid RB that will be the primary ball carrier for the offense.
Also, it would help to get backups at D/ST and K. You have time for the K (Carolina's BYE week is 9), but Denver is off in Week 4 and that leaves a gap in the points you could pick up with another defense (look at underrated defenses or even overlooked teams that somehow slipped through the cracks).
Once you have picked up a solid backup RB and a good backup Defense, focus on strengthening your WR corps. Randy may be nice, but Laveranues Coles and Donte Stallworth do not invoke much fear into my psyche. Think about WRs that brought many owners' attentions to them (ex. Ernest Wilford, Matt Jones, Mark Bradley (before his injury), Joe Jurevicius).
One final comment ... look at BYE weeks. This cannot be stressed enough since monster players will have a week off, so you should have a consistent backup ready to cover for him when he his benched ... or you could end up with more zeroes than actual points on your total.

you need to try to trade Vick, Maroney, and Coles for a good WR. Then with your 2 available spots pick up David Givens and Washington or Philadelphia defense

I love your team.
You got L.T., Palmer, Rnady Moss, Tony G, Eli, and a lot more. Your kicker and defense are pretty decent, but you should get a backup for them for thier bye weeks.
