Your question is vague.

What is a diaper?

Do you count multiple times it if they wear the same one over and over?

Then you have to guess what people did a long time ago in china. Did they wear 'diapers' (if you could even call them that since they would not look at all like what you see today) or run naked. How many people were there? and so on..

at best you could get a half baked estimate which means not much

since there were approx. 1,313,973,713 in china as of july that puts u at 6 diapers a day for 3 yrs i really did the math this leaves you at 6,570 diapers per person times that by 1,313,973,713 you get 8,632,807,194,410 nickels now u can multiply that by .05 or divide by 20 i divided by 20 and got $431,640,359,720.50 and thats the least

A bunch. If you had a nickle for every Chinese person alive today you would have 65.3 million dollars in nickles. Your pile of nickles would weigh 6,466 tons! :p
