Yes your girlfriend (a Filipina, I presume) needs a visa to go the USA. However, getting one can be a very difficult process.

The chances of a single person getting a tourist visa are all but nonexistant. The biggest obstace to overcome is showing intent to return to the Philippines. I know lots of single pinoys that have applied for tourist visas to the U.S.and none have been approved. Much less complicated and allot faster for you to jump on a plane and go see your girlfriend. Check with the yahoo group living in the Philippines 3 and ask the same question.

Yes she needs a visa to be able to visit you in the USA. It's true that a lot of single women have been denied visas to the US but it is not entirely impossible. They need to assurances that she will not become a illegal alien in the US and single people are more likely to do so since they don't have families who they are obligated to support and therefore come home to. She needs to prove that she will return and she has not intention of staying there illegaly. Supporting documents for this are employment certificate and a LARGE amount in her bank account.

She should talk to her local US Embassy. Here is the website of the Embassy in Manila, since I'm not sure where in the Phillipines she is located. I believe it should be very easy to get a tourist's visa, if she even needs it. Chances are if she showed up in the US, they could get her a visa at customs, but her local US Embassy will be better able to answer her questions specifically so she doesn't waste time or money.

you does not be the 1st or the final foreigner to overstay right here. Many overlook or produce different situations that preclude them going to BOI. Your visa would be prolonged with out difficulty offering you pay late costs.those heavily isn't exorbitant.BOI workplaces have been wiped clean up and function plenty greater effectively now' a pass to on your embassy does not be of any sensible use'
