Go to the SETI website, they are on the same mission.99% sure that life exists elsewhere. There are a thousand stars in the universe for every grain of sand on every beach of the earth.Around stars there are planets and on these planets are chemicals. On some of these planets exist the right stuff for life.now intelligent life might be a much more unique phenomenon. When NASA launches LISA we will see these planets that may harbor life.
Also check out info on the Miller Eurie experiment.they combined the chemicals that existed in the primitive earth and simulated lightning by sparking these chemicals. In a matter of hours the flask contains complex amino acids and cells that were able to duplicate themselves. The stuff of life is not hard to make.It exists all over the universe.I believe it is also a possibility due to the Cambrian shift that molecular life may have hitched a ride on the back of a comet that struck our ancient earth.I love ruminating about these possibilities. sir I truly believe that this universe should be teeming with life.what a day it will be when it is discovered that we are not alone! Good day!Great question!

yes sure there is. earth is only a small fish in the vast ocean called universe. There are other life forms out there waiting to be discovered, some of it is already looking for planets like us.
We are like a frog inside a well contemplating life outside earth.
we have to think out of the box, move out of earth to find our neighbors.
After a few years, we will be searching for other planets to inhabit.
Millions of years ago other life forms in the universe must have done the same thing - and life originated in earth.
who knows what all will we find out there in the jungle called universe.

If you contemplate on the mystery called life... it is in itself so miraculous... only that we have got so used to it that we find it normal. Life of a completely different kind elsewhere or even here might be around and we just cant know, because of our limitations of perception or our idea of life itself which is to see it only in terms of tangible, moving, growing carbon based organisms. How do we know that visible and invisible conscious beings do not flood the universe and practically all the planets and systems that are around? Why do we look for the ones that would resemble us and behave exactly like us and need planets exactly like ours? To break the frontiers we need to let our imagination to expand

I believe the universe is part of us... always within us... where the negative infinity meets the positive...
When you are one with the universe, your existence extends through the realms, death becomes rebirth and so on....
Life is just a definition we coined ourselves... we may all well be just a dream, brainwaves created from the real existent organism or maybe just an energy created by "non-living" elements...what is important is what you believe in... or you will be searching all your life and not know what you are chasing...

There is life on other planets. And they're tiny, little microbes. Just read the news...
The right question would be, "Is there intelligent life somewhere other than Earth?" There might be, the universe is far too big for only the humans on Earth.

Absolutely. There a millions of star systems out there, are we naive enough to believe we are the only planet supporting life? It comes down to numbers. There are X number of solar systems with X number of planets, odds are there is another planet (more than likely many) that can support life. It just might not be life the way we see it. (Carbon based)

Just by the shear numbers, by the odds of how many stars and planets that there are, there HAS to be other life forms out there. It is just plain arrogance that would say, "Nope, only us!"

most certainly there is life on other planets. God said that on the last day he will gather his Elect from the four corners of the universe.

Think about how indescribably vast our galaxy is. Then think about how we know of MANY other galaxies as vast as ours. Each galaxy has billions upon billions of solar systems which could support life.
Anyone who thinks humans are the only sentient form of life are infinitely ignorant and incapable of thinking beyond themselves. Kinda sad, really.
