it definantly has to be chandler and i would know who the best is because i own all ten seasons and watch friends alot- chandler is the funniest person on the show and brings funnyness into any situation because he is usually uncomfortable and thats when he cracks jokes- chandler has only told one bad joke on the series which was when phoebe finds a police badge and chandler says- why would he be here, they dont have any donuts- but other than that- he is absolutely hilarious- also when him and joey are living together they do some stupid things like flameball and laying in the barkaloungers all day without getting up- Chandler is defiantly the best character on the show and always brings laughter to any situation

Ross: the funniest stuff ALWAYS happens to him. Ross is the lest likely character to be funny because he's such a geek so it just makes it a lot more funny when stuff does happen to him.

rachel because the embarrassing stuff that she has done makes me feel a lot batter about my own embarrassing moments.
i also like monica because I too am just alittle bit obsessive
and phoebe because she is vegetarian
they are all really funny-great show

Chandler. He is so cute and funny. I especially like him after he and Monica get together. He's more comfortable in his skin. I like him because he reminds me of me. I'm always cracking a joke in any situation.
