red, any shade but the best would be kind of a burnt red. not exactly eye shocking cherry red, a little off, you know? anything bright, royal blue would look great as well. OPI just came out with a "MEXICO" color line for their nail polish, any of those would look beautiful. This web site is all about their colors, mexico and more.

I personally like orange, browns, and lime green on dark skin colors. White looks good on anyone who has a darker tone, too.

I think red, white or black looks awesome on girls with dark skin... actually just girls with dark hair in general.
I had a red bikini when I was tan and I got a ton of compliments on it!
