pretty much what i do is a 15 minute jog every morning it relives stress and gives u more energy throughout the day!

Yoga can be a great friend during diets. I were able to go from a size 12 to a size 8. That's what it looks like when 19 lbs vanishes.

Hip hop and salsa courses burn lots of calories. You can also get those Dance Dance Revolution things which tell you how many calories you've burned, but its not that much. Pick-up basketball games with buddies also add to a healthy routine, along with drinking lots of water. And also on the home page of yahoo, lifting weights help.

Dancing is good cardio, yoga is excellent for everything, and walking is just good in general. All three are excellent.

i swear by hot (Bikram) yoga... it is cardio and muscle toning all is one... you start to see results in the first few classes... two classes a week and after a month you will start to see AMAZING results, and never want to stop!!! just remember that diet is a big part as well
