It can be a hint they're interested, but only if it's used in conjunction with the other traditional signs. eg. hand on leg, pointing body towards you, looking up through lashes, smiling with lips open, etc.

i'm referring to my question,i know that there are LOTS of other celeb women that have big lips, but they are known for a different part of their body, like pam anderson is known for her boobs, not her lips, altough they're huge too, and liv tyler, she's known as a porcelyn doll, and julia roberts she's known for her big smile, and her curly hair

if u know they've done it intentionally then they like you and its a sign for you to make a more deliberate move, a brush up is subtle and they're waiting for your sign...my opinion tho, it cood differ with other girls
