how to save gas in a 2004 ford f-150?

my 2004 ford is a magor gass hog. I spend $70 to fill up my tank. i buy gas twice a week. I realy need help.

Trade it for a Hybrid LOL No seriously, I have a 2004 Nissan Titan so I know where you are coming from The only advice I have isto change oil, oil filter, and air filter often and also make sure your tires are properly inflated Try your local auto parts store they may be able to give you some tips

Do what we did; park it. If you have a different vehicle you can drive or car pool with someone, then do either of those. Save up the money you would be spending on gas and buy a cheap older car. As long as it gets you where you're going and is better on gas than the F-150, go for it.

Never go above 60 mph
Start to slow down well before you need to
Keep your tires inflated properly
Use cruise as much as possible
Never top of your tank, it wastes gas because some goes back into the nozzle
Keep your trunk/bed empty

turn the A/C off and use the cruise. drive sensibly
If your like me you'll keep on buying the gas
I use at least 3 tanks a week 85 - 95 to fill up

the only way to save gas with that monster is to trade it in for a Hybrid, Honda Civic Hybrid.........49/51 mph...........
