The fact of the matter is that racism is a way of life. There will never be a world without it. Anyone who says that they have never had a racist thought is a liar. The important thing is to not forward those thoughts to the next day, refresh ourselves everyday. That way you won't live your life based on those thoughts. People just have to remember that those racist thoughts are not valid and to just ignore them and go on with your life. And just for those people who say they are not racist, just ask yourself this question, have you ever even thought that someone is different than anyone else based solely on their color, no matter how insignificant?

Just when I think I've found a place where it doesn't exist, it rears it's ugly head in one form or another. No sweetie I guess we are out of luck, the only thing we can do, (as some of the others have said), is find no place for it in our minds or hearts... :-)

Rascism is learned. If people didnt teach their 2 yr old that a person is different because of some small insignificant external trait then people wouldnt grow up with those prejudices. The way in my opinion to end rascism is to stop teaching it to our children.
