most of the answers you get in yahoo answers these days are from Israeli's who are instructed to go to forums and justify their invasion of lebanon and claim hezbollah did this and that. you research the background of the answerers; dont hold your breath they grew up watching their country take innocent lives. i do not understand how some people here do not understand the history of that area. middle Eastern people were living in peace until 1948 when the Israelis invaded Palestine. they kicked out the people and took their land. many Arabs were killed by Israeli hands.
now, this war shows how Israel does not care about the civilians. Hezbollah is not hiding among kids!!!! these civilians are there because Israel did not give them the chance to leave. they were attacking them every day. The Arabs have been attacking Israel????????????? since when?
we always see on the news how the Israelis destroy Palestinians' houses and take their lands. also, in 1982 the Israelis invaded Lebanon and killed many people.
Israel killed lots of civilians since 1948 and most of them were not mistakes because there were soldiers who were holding guns and shooting on people. could not they distinguish between civilians and non civilians?

You are dilusional. Have you read about the 6 day war in 1967? Or how about 1973.You know the answers,It is the Muslim goal to eliminate Israel and all jews. Israel has been repeatedly attacked by it's "neighbors",The only reason Israel occupies land it wins from the attackers,is to use as a buffer from more attacks,which your Muslim friends continue without end until it's goal is reached.

Remember, when Israel kills civilians it is collateral damage, when Hezbollah, Hamas, and their like kill civilians it is on purpose. yeah i know alot of people dont understand whats really going on there. and they think isreal is doing the right thing. we'll isreal is just taking advantage and using hezballa as an excuse to kill them arab. beside they never declear war so if you never declear war on a certain country you can do damn well as u please without the UN doing ****. but once you declear war there are rules of engagement which i think is stupid. from my understanding people in isreal is jewish right? yeah thats why when u look at the time line the jewish everyone was at war with the jewish
