Sometimes as the daughter we tend to tell our parents to much about our own relationship. More bad than good. So it would be easy for you to view the relationship as bad or crazy. As long as he doesn't lay a hand on her or be abusive in any way it is better that you just listen to your daughter and comfort her. Try not to judge him on what she tells you because he may just be playing with her.

My daughter is only 8 but if her future boyfriend /husband ever pulled something like that mama bear would be on the case . Fighting like that is common among young couples but i would still go say something to him tell him it better never happen again

yes I would advise him into talking to a therapist. I was in a relationship like that got a divorce 2 years later because of abuse.
If he does not get hep tell her to leave just because he does not abuse her now don't mean he wont. That is how it started with me.

Yes,he needs help and you need to get your daughter away from this relationship,especailly if they have kids.IF he could careless,enough to lock her out of her own home,then he doesn't deserve to be with her and she needs to be with someone who cares about her.I personally,as her mom,would kick his butt!!
