My penis gets wet every time I sit on the toilet. What should I do?
I just moved into this new apartment and the toilet water is set a bit high. I tried flipping my johnson over my thigh but sometimes you have to pee when going number two. So I let it hang between my legs and it drops in the water. Does anyone know how I can make the toilet water more shallow or have some other solution to my problem?

the weiner gets so wet and so cold that i have to jack off right away to heat it back up, as u can see i am having some major issues help me! i hate using a whole towl to dry my floppy!

You're really cherry picking details. Just because the Republican Senate didn't put Vitter up on ethics charges and the Republican US Attorneys and Republican Louisiana Attorney General and District Attorney didn't prosecute Vitter, doesn't alleviate his actions of using prostitutes multiple times, including 2 phone calls to the DC madam during Senate votes. He was then reelected. Alaska Senator Ted Stevens only lost reelection by less than 4000 votes. I'm not really sure what that has to do with anything, but he was already a convicted felon while running for reelection (he pretended he wasn't because he was appealing, but that doesn't mean he wasn't convicted). Nixon was ineligible for reelection. He resigned knowing that he would have been the only President ever thrown out of office in an impeachment (neither Johnson before Nixon nor Clinton afterwards were thrown out of office, they were acquitted). Nixon was undoubtedly the biggest corruption scandal in US history. As far as sex and corruption, John Ensign takes the cake, having resigned the day before he was to be called before the ethics committee, who then said they would have recommended his expulsion, a nearly unheard of punishment in the Senate. What you've shown here is that Democrats don't stick up for their own as much as they should and Republicans are hypocrites who defend their corrupt politicians no matter what they do (giving Vitter a standing ovation when he returned to the Senate) and only resign, fail to run again, or fail to vote for their disgraced politicians when something truly beyond typical scandals happens, like Nixon and Ensign.
