Film: Monty Python's Meaning of Life (I know I'm in the minority here)
Skit: Tough call! I would have to say "The Cheese Shop" or "Penguin on the TV" Both are classic fun. Honorable mention to "The Ministry of Silly Walks"

I know everyone will say "The Holy Grail" because most of the Monty Python "fans" have only seen this one. But I like "Life of Brian", making fun of the messiah, and full frontal nudity go hand in hand.

I like most of their shows and movies. The holy grail was pretty much the product of monty python styles.

The monks chanting as they walk through the countryside - hitting themselves on the forehead to keep time.
Either that, or the French soldier on the wall of the castle - eventually catapulting a cow at the grail seekers.
