95-1/2 Tacoma 4wd, man tran, the only modification is a K&N air filter that came on the truck when I got it. After a full tune up including map and oxygen sensors the truck still runs like crap. If you go at the throttle real easy it is okay but if step on it from a dead stop, it bogs down like its choking. I can't figure it out and have yet to find anybody who can. I had the same issue with my 951/2 Xtra Cab Tacoma 4X4. changed the Catalytic Converter and both oxygen sensors. after about 1000 miles the check light came back on. I then changed my fuel filter and some new spark plugs and the check engine light went away.
