virtually all the small cities in Bay section meet your criteria. except for the fee of 2000 bucks in protecting with month for 3 bd domicile. East Bay is more cost-effective. So imagine about Fremont, or Hayward. notwithstanding, if you're actually not so particular about the residence fee, there are some very attractive decision: Foster city, Sausalito, Tiburon. yet another decision decision is residing in SF. some very comfortable domicile is amazingly inexpensive. I extremely have a pal residing in a very unique domicile in Balboa 2 bd for decrease than 1100.

Yes. I was watching Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl when I felt it. I thought my living room had turned into a motion simulator to simulate the explosions. Unfortunately, it was just another earthquake!

I live on the Grand Lake/Piedmont border (Oakland) and I felt our apartment sway back & forth for a few seconds shortly after 8pm last night. It was a little more intense than the earthquakes we usually experience here.

Nope, didn't feel this one. Then again, a 4.4 is nothing to us in the bay right?
