Work out your abs. Eat healthy and do sit ups or something. Any types of exercises that work the abs.

You should try the AbDiet book. I have to say that I don't normally follow diet books, but this "diet" is really simple and has simple exercises to get flat abs. Plus, Nelly Furtado claims that she followed AbDiet to get her flat abs after having her baby.

lipo dissolve and a tummy tuck is your fastest option, but if you don't have the money then i would say lots of cardio, no white foods (potato, sugar) and then when it slims down a bit and you're left with just skin start doing a bunch of sit ups to tone.
