i dont like em cuz their music is like nails on the board

I don't. They are the second best band of all time. My favorite song is My Sacrifice, but I also like Stand Here With me, What If?, Bullets, Higher, Ode, Is This The End? (A track on the Scream 3 Soundtrack) and so many more. I really like Weathered best but My Own Prison and Human Clay are great too. Creed also has a song on the soundtrack for The Scorpion King called To Whom It May Concern. Creed is great. I think people hate them because they sing about serious topics and are religious and use religion in their music. People also don't like Scott Stapp because some of the mistakes he has made. Well, we are all humans and we all do stupid things. Anyway, I don't care what others think of Creed or Scott Stapp. If you like Creed alot try listening to Alter Bridge which had Mark Tremonti, Scott Phillips and Brian Marshall of Creed with singer Myles Kennedy. Scott Stapp also has a solo CD called The Great Divide.

When they came out they were a christian rock band but then it was discovered that Scott Stapp was a coke user and a real prick. The first album is the best but the songs on the second album sound alike.

Because, Scott Stapp (sp?) is an egotistical jackass. Oh, and his voice is horrid. Plus, he looks funny, but tries to hog all of the photo ops from his bandmates. This means I have to see him more than anyone else in that god-forsaken band. The list really does go on......

I have been asking the same question for a long, long time. I have no idea. They are absolutely incredible. Their music is draws you in as their deep lyrics go straight to your heart. I don't see how they could be any better.

It has a little to do with the fact they sing the same damn song over and over and over with a different name.
And they just dont have te musical talent to pull that off.

cause all their songs sound the same, they are a christian band, and they are ugly, old, and not even popular anymore. ONE HIT WONDER!

i don't know..but i don't mind them. or at least i'm assuming you like them! i saw them in concert in 2000, they were really pretty good. i still like listening to their cd from time to time.
