You'd be far better off going to a local Chinese restaurant. The atmosphere is nice, but the food isn't even close to being authentic and isn't always that great. I feel like P.F. Chang's is for people who have too much money and not enough sense to try a local place instead of a nationwide chain with over-processed food.

You know, I thought the food and service were pretty darn good, the building itself was attractive, and I would go back there if that's where someone really wanted to meet me for dinner, but...

I've had food as good or better at the tacky little mom-and-pop places for less than half the price. Think of this as the TGIFriday's of chinese food....homogenized for the masses at an inflated price. I think that folks with a limited sense of adventure will have a great time there, and feel like they did something exotic.

If you haven't been, it's worth the trip if you can manage not to fall for the hype.

I used to work ar Pei Wei's (The bastard cousin of P.F. chang's, exact same menu exact same management) and the food is DELICIOUS. I reccomend the honey-seared chicken with extra sauce, a side of noodles seared in the spicy korean sauce, and a cup of the hot and sour.

I wasn't that impressed. I love Chinese food, but I live in a big city, and there are lots of Chinese restaurants. P.F.Chang's isn't worth a second visit for me.
