I'm sure you've heard this before, but: your name doesn't need to go by any other name. Arielle is a beautiful name that most Jennifers and Christinas would kill to have. Any nickname you choose shouldn't be derived from your name. A nickname based on an aspect of your personailty would be much better. But, if a nickname comes, it should come from friends or family. A nickname you choose for yourself doesn't have the same endearment as one placed on you by those who really know you.

If not Arie or Ellie, perhaps just Ri.
Or maybe you would prefer a nickname that has nothing to do with Arielle. I know nothing about you so it is hard to make up a name that would identify with you ... hmm. If I can't remember someone's name or I just don't feel like using it, I call them Skitch - if that catches your fancy you have my permission to borrow it. If not, no hard feelings.

Your nickname is usually a name that is giving by your family and friends that fits your personallity or one that you give your self.

well hon i think you have a very pretty name, me i like to go by my full christian name, but i like Elle it's sleek and sounds sophisticated, also i think it means beautiful, anyhow all the best.
