I always have a sweater on because I tend to get cold when i'm nervous. And right before I get up to do whatever I have to (present a monologue, before I start the v-ball game) Its kinda like my security blanket :)

By doing something you really like or trying to learn something in which you have an interest. I can tell myself I'm going on the computer for 1/2 hour, and find myself tearing myself away 3 hours later. If anyone talks to me, I don't hear them.
