Get yourself a role on House, they've been doing a lot of brain biopsies lately, so they should be able to do lobotomies too. Or you could just go with trepanning, I don't know if that's still done anywhere convenient though. A simple life sounds good to me as well!

Free, you can perform one yourself very easily. Take a drill with a very long bit, plug it in the wall, press on skull (front portion, slightly above forehead at the hairline), pull trigger, and voila... instant lobotomy.

Just start taking the drug of your choice. It's cheaper and less painful. I recommend LSD.
