Ha ha! This one's easy. For men- use your pockets! (You're looking for some coins). Or an option 'proper' women don't have-just go ahead and scratch! You are a Male. Awooga.
For women-same answer-the pockets. Lacking pockets-pretend your snooping through your purse, with the purse close to the itch, but your hand dosen't go in the purse to look for coins(scratch scratch) No purse or pockets? uh oh...

find a place to sit and bend over like your dusting off your shoe. Scratch all you must before sitting up straight again.

Go for it for all you're worth. Make a big show of sniffing it when you're done, and ask anyone around you if they'd like to have a whiff of the greatest thing they will ever put up to their nose.

sit down on a bench, preferably with armrests and do it very subtly or go through the pocket and be subtle. sometimes you make sure it looks like your hand is passing by or you're fixing your pants...
