It really depends on who the human is. I realize that sounds bad, but I would rather have ten live dolphins than one live serial killer.

At first, I'd say a human, but someone else brought up a good point-if the human is not convicted murderer on death row, then ok, still the human. Otherwise, I could not sentence a person to death, if saving 10 dolphins meant that person would die.

I'd probably save the human if they were family, friends, or any kid. Otherwise I'd save the 10 dolphins over a stranger.

hmmmm.
thats really hard...
cause i love dolphins..
and 10 is alot to die...
but that one person has a family....
that loves him [or her]...
probably 10 dolphins.
even though i would probably regret
that for the rest of my life.

Don't get me wrong-I love animals, but I would feel obligated to save my own species first. Especially if it was my mother or my boyfriend or someone else close to me. I would still do it for a stranger, but if it was someone I knew was evil-well, i'd don't know what i'd do-love thy enemies, ya know? I think in desperate times, I would go with my heart, it's hard to predict that kind of thing.
