I can't stand Rasheed Wallace. Everytime the ref calls a foul on him, he's always arguing and whining just like a baby, and that temper has got to go. He also has a big ol' ego, he acts as if he's the best thing since banana splits. Rasheed Wallace is a maniac!!!!

for ppl who say, "If you don't like rasheed wallace then don't watch him" I don't watch him directly but did it occur that the pistons may be playing against a team that I like? I guess not. Oh, and I know that the basketball season has been over with for a while, but I just registered for yahoo answers 2 days ago so I have a lot of questions. So if you're going to try to answer my question with more questions then don't even bother.

i hate that rasheed wallace guy...i sorta liked him in portland...but when he came to detroit he's just all complaining with the refs and always whining bout everything...and all his technical fouls are just plain dumb...he just yaps his mouth off to the refs...remember when rodman or barkley got their T's they got their moneys worth they usually hit someone in the gut...(i think barkley punched horry)...i mean if you wana get a tech do somethin worthwile...rasheed always acts tough and claims he's gangsta...but he never got into any real nba fights...betcha he's just an insecure freak who hides in a tough guy persona...im sure someone like caron butler could kick his butt...betcha he's gonna back down from a real fight...btw...his game is getting kinda overrated as he ages...no more hi flyin dunks and lots of missed shots...what a phony!!

I totally agree with you!

Criticizing refs' call was a huge part of Detroit's offensive strategy this year. And Sheed is CONSTANTLY arguing calls, it makes for whinny basketball sometimes. I think it's also a bit ridiculous how he's got a patch of white hair on top of his head but that's beside the point.

yes he has a bad temper... but you cant say he is the only one, i mean almost all players(especially superstars) argue every call against them...

i think all that attitude comes from aggressiveness and a will to win... sheed just plays his heart out every game and hates losing, plain and simple...

sometimes emotions just cant be kept in check... but he has matured alot, considering his childish ways in portland(and all those techs)...

in the end... sheed brings a whole to the table and he is an integral part of this pistons team to continue playing hard-nosed, quality basketball...

I couldn't agree more. But just like any head case, it needs the alpha dog in the team to control him. Rodman had M.J., and Isiah while he is in Detroit. No one in the Pistons now fits the alpha dog profile, Chauncey came close, but he is too nice (maybe afraid?) to the Wallaces.

i dont look at players ego. if i did i would give up sports all together. Rasheed is a whiner but he is a good player. he is one of the few PFs who can shoot from behind the 3 pointer. also he knows when to shoot from behind and when to post up unlike some championship contenders. anyway he can play and thats just it.

Why should he be any different than any of the other over paid underwroked sports figures? Shaque (sp?) whines all the time himself. If you don't like him, don't watch him. By the way, basketball was over sometime ago.

some people just have that annoying quality of being a sourpuss but many seem to use it to their advantage...i hate to be playing against rasheed and piss him off cause that would spur him to play better...john mcenroe of tennis was also a prime example of this foolishness

there maybe some times that rasheed is reasonable but there are a lot of times where he is not ... it's out of control ... and it can cost the game sometimes ...
