Perhaps , when you are asking a question, you feel like facing the roaring sea waves on a sea shore and singing a song loudly, not expecting any audience, applause or appreciation, yet knowing logically, that there is a wide spectrum of answerers ready to pounce upon the question within 'seconds' of launching the question ! This contrast of not seeing the audience, yet knowing their presence might be causing this 'funny' feeling .
This awareness also happens to indicate a higher level of alertness about perceiving intangible vibrations (crudely expressed a "somehow I had a feeling " etc)!
