If you know what type of camera they have, go to a good camera shop and get them either some filters or an unusual lens. You could also try a really nice camera bag that will hold the camera, lenses and filters they like to use. One other suggestion is a really nice tripod. Make sure that anything you get will work with his camera. They are not all interchangable.

Picture frames to display photos or a photo maniplulation program, like Paint Shop Pro 10 (my personal favorite)

I believe that seems like an outstanding thought! Don't disregard, a reward is solely that, we do not get to decide upon the items others supply to us. I believe your middle is quite on this reward and you have got given it plenty of inspiration. If she's into pictures, then that might be a brilliant reward! :)
