I am looking at setting up dual monitors. Anyone else already set up with it? Like it? Are you more productive, able to work easier? Any pro's and con's would be appreciated.

I already know how to set it up, just want to know how others like it or not.

I've been running dual monitors for about 5+ years and I'll never go back to operating my own PC with just one. Productivity is the biggest advantage to have dual monitors. No more minimizing of windows - you can drag and drop on to the other screen. Once you do it, you'll never go back to using just one.

I've used it time and time again, and I find that for work, it is much more productive ... I would say the only thing slowing you down is the part where you take time to get used to it. =) You definitely should use dual monitors if you need to process and work on many documents or code at one time.

I like it alot. I am using a 19" and a 21". It makes it easier than having to keep switching between windows or programs when you're trying to do two things at once.

I've seen it but actually never worked with it. I think it's more effecient cuz the screen is bigger. My only turn off is the gap in the middle of the two screens that prevents you from reading a warning pop-up or something. God bless you.

definitely more productive.
it takes up more resources though, so it's always a good idea to disable one if you're going to play a game or something.
