i had sex with my boyfriend and we didnt use protection i was just worried about me being preg. then i fell on my stomach today and right after i had pink discharge and it was not time for my period what happend?

You may have injured yourself internally. If it's only been a few days, even if an egg was fertilized, it wouldn't be called a 'miscarriage'. If you are worried about being pregnant, go see a doctor or take a home preganancy test that you can buy yourself. Don't try to hit/injure yourself to try and prevent a pregnancy---it won't work, plus you'll only hurt yourself.
Remember how this worry feels, and always use protection in the future!

What kind of fall was this? did you fall onto something? could be some sort of uterine trauma depending on how your stomach was positioned.
The pink discharge could be from implantation bleeding not a miscarriage but a pregnancy. The only way you will know is when your period comes or when you take the pregnancy test.
