i had a BURRITO a little larger than small...stuffed with thinly sliced ribeye---onions---wedges of bell pepper-pepper-jack cheese, a little seasoned refries-then smothered with queiso cheese and some tomatoe-onion gravy i made out of the drippings from the steak...lightly grilled the tortilla before i wrapped the stuff up in it---baked it till the kitchen smelled lovely---opened up a cold corona---did the lime....damnit mann
it only works out once in a blue moon---were all tooo busy to do dinner much...but its nice to make memorable when we can!!!
many recipes willing to share[[ within reason]] aint into bein robbed....
P.S. WE HAD WONDERFUL NACHOS AND GUACOMOLI TOO
