You must be an immature teenager. Birds and Bees is just a term to say a man and woman. Also I believe it has to do with their actions but am not completely positive on that. You know instead of asking on here why not talk to your parents about it.

The "birds and bees" refers to a "comfortably metaphorical" way to speak to pre-teens about the onsets of puberty and dangers of sex. Beats me how they use the bird and bee to explain where babies come from......anyway, it's a cultral icon phrase today more than anything.
