I would like to die like Moses did. He was healthy and vigorous until He was 120 y/o. Then, God told him, Moses it's time for you to die. So Moses lied down on the ground and died.
Since I'm already fairly crippled up and Moses option is not open to me, my second choice is to after death, rise and go to Heaven.

It may sound horrible, but I've heard that drowning is actually quite peaceful. You'd think it'd be one of the worst ways to go, but I suppose while your struggling to get out, you would have time to accept it, and choose to *gasp* breath in the water.
Other than that, I would have to say maybe slowly but not painfully. If I had to have pain, then likely quickly. A painless, slow death wouldn't be bad, and it'd give you time to think, and to take it all in.

Someway freakishly crazy, like in Final Destination.....atleast it would be a good story...in some sick way, or something. Hmmm, I swear I'm not really this morbid.
