Give valid reasons why you dislike or admire Microsoft?

I like them even though some say they are progressively monopolizing the market...who better would you have besides MS, and the quality of their products is exceptional. Also why does everyone care if Gates is invading our houses. Foriegn companies like Sony, Toshiba, JVC etc. made oversees have been doing the same thing for longer...Whats the big deal...I would think Americans would like to see an American based company do well considering all the outsourcing and offshoring that is taking place.

I like them. I wish they were able to offer more free stuff without all the hassel they have been getting lately. It is crazy they give away stuff for free and get sued for doing it.

I admire microsoft because they have a product that is reliable. It is alot better than all that other crap out there. Microsoft does not Monopolize the market. Just because all the other companies sit on their butts and drool over Microsofts sucess doesnt mean they cant give microsoft a run for their money. They just have to get off their fat butts and work for their money. I know i work for Microsoft. Microsoft would like to offer more free stuff but dumb people are sueing them for no reasons. They are just greedy that is why they dont give away anymore free stuff. Microsoft did not steal apples point and click interface. It was apple who stole it in the first place. If you are going to criticize microsoft then you better criticize all the other companies who stole technology from microsoft. Besides Microsoft is an American based company and i bet you are all complaining how american jobs are going oversees. Before you complain look at all the facts and dont rush to any judgements. Besides i work for Microsoft. If you dont like it that is too bad.

I rely on MS products for my paycheck(not completely but more than half the networks i see have MS Server running). They way I see it some people call MS a monoploy because they are just better at marketing their products and convincing companies that the way to go is MS. I don't look to them for innovation I look to them for compatibility with other products. Apple users have griped about the MS juggernaut ever since the advent of Windows. They should really stop being so upset about the whole thing because they had the opportunity to license their OS years ago and they turned their noses up. Nobody is forcing these companies to go the MS route but at the time they really didn't have any other choice(I blame Novell and IBM for this). Apple wanted to be special. it wanted to hang out in the Art dept when Accounting needed some spreadsheet work done so you get what you deserve(and this is no personal diss to Apple mind you).

Today there are other options such as Unix, and Linux but still most shops will still employ MS to do what it needs because that's what everyone is familiar with.

Are you ready for an Apple fan's point of view on Microsoft?
Here we go then.

Microsoft is a TOTAL monopoly. They have more than 90% of the PC market.

Microsoft stole the point-and-click interface from Apple (after Apple stole it from Xerox, but it's not the same thing. Xerox wasn't even looking at it anymore. They declared it a waste of time, so Apple went in there and took the basic idea and so that has come to what we know as the Macintosh OS. Then Microsoft took the basic idea of the Macintosh and TRIED to make it better, but failed miserebly.)

Microsoft's products SUCK, and their OS is a peice of crap. (Sorry if that offended anyone)

The Windows OS is a virus.

When I become the CEO of Apple Computer, Microsoft BETTER watch out!!!!!!!

i admire Microsoft very much so coz i work for Microsoft
im in pc admin at Microsoft office
and i know all the info on what microsoft are doing when will the windows Vista be out how much the price tag will be and just wait till you see the new windows
Vista the beta verision is on test but as for the full verision everyone will like it very much it is the end of booters from yahoo messenger server microsoft is the no1 when it comes to windows system with the all new vista from microsoft everyone who likes it will say yes microsoft came out tops

I am not American and I do not care where a product comes from as long as it is good, as for Microsoft even with all it's faults it is still the best, I've tried other products and they just kidden us and themself for instance Linux stands for loosers and Apple stands for Gotalotofmoneywannaberippedoff., so there you go Bill GAtes for World Leader. i like them because they make a good os
and i dont because they are too many viruses!
