Use internet options and add it to your blocked websites. You could also set up your content advisor with a password so that she would have to get you to allow it with the password.

If you don't want her on myspace that means you have to monitor her computer activitities ALL THE TIME.
So put the computer in a common area and watch her.
How old is she? Can she use it with discretion and with you approving her?
If your answer is NO, then you will need to tell her and monitor her. She's a child in your home and you must be obeyed. Keep in mind, however, that at school she may get a myspace account (fi they allow it there) or over at her friends' houses so you will really have to get an account yourself and keep snooping.

I have a Myspace and it really isn't as bad as most parents think it is........most of the time we (the children) most of the time only really talk to our friends from school and other people we know......but if you must block it you can install one of those parent controll things for the internet or just let her get one and make her tell you her password and you can go through and check whose all her friends and read her mail........if you want to go that extream....good luck

Block her from the internet altogether.
Or, I cannot remember how, but with parental controls on windows xp, I think it's thru internet options via the control panel, you can block specific sites.

there are programs out there that blocks web content by acting as a firewall which can block out all the contents that the administrator(parent) deems inappropriate, or a content filter which filters out all the inappropriate words but more commonly nowadays the content filter will also feature a blocking method.
for mac you can use KidsGoGoGo, or CutX
I'm not sure wat's out there for Windows

What's so bad about myspace? They don't have anything THAT bad. If you want to use the old scare-tactic, take her to stileproject and show her some of those sick-*** videos and tell her the internet is a sin or something.

get an isp that has parental controls. Some of them allow you to block certain websites.

Ignite your computer on fire, don't allow her to go to school to use their computers (unless they have blocked that website and she does not know how to bypass it) and don't allow her to go to the library.
Try instead to just limit the amount of time she can be on the computer.
