They do sell douche bags.. buy one of those.
Is it the nozzle that hurts, or the liquid used in the disposable bag..
They use to have suppositories you could use, for cleansing..

GO TO WALMART OR DRUG STORE. THEY HAVE WHAT SOME PEOPLE CALL A HOT WATER BOTTLE. SOME HAVE ATTACHMENTS THAT ARE USED FOR DOUCHING. JUST KEEP LOOKING I AM SURE YOU CAN FIND ONE. ALL YOU DO IS FILL IT UP WITH WATER OR MIX VINEGAR AND WATER AND USE IT LIKE A DISPOSABLE DOUCHE. RINSE IT OUT AND CLEAN THE ATTACHMENT AFTER USE. IT USUALLY HAS DIRECTIONS WITH IT. GOOD LUCK

Dont douche...it takes the good bacteria along with the bad...can cause bacterial infections. The vagina is self cleaning through discharge, etc. Never douche...atleast thats what I've learned in college through my sex education classes.

get a disposable one and dump it out and just use hot water... works for my sister she is allergic to vinegar that is in them
