ok i been though kinda the same thing
but minus the baby and the new girlfriend
but i had a abusive boyfriend
and after he beat the sh*t out of me and i went to the hospital
he went to jail
then his dad bailed him out
he started stalking me and threats were made
i called the cops on him many many times
and got a restraining order
after about 10 calls to the cops

but sometimes restraining orders dont work
so keep the cops on speed dial
and when you go out anywhere
always have 911 on the dial pad
and when you see him press it right then and there

and always watch yourself and the baby at all times
be safe

UMM... If you knew when he was going to show up to kill you then I would call the cops, and just wait. When he shows up, I would have the cops hide and be holding an M-16, AK-47 or a shotgun. Also, if you get the chance, I would kick him in the balls really hard.

I would protect my child and myself. Even if that means to take his life if he tries to take my child's or mine.

Discuss this matter with friends and family. With that said, if something did happen to you and the baby, the ex bf would be first suspect.

In a lot of cases, girl's don't do that and they wind up missing with no details of why or anything. Best to get the word out who is trying to hurt you two, so something can be done about it asap.

File threat report with police department. If you are in the states, you can file restraining order along with protection rights if he is violating that order + trying to have others involved in the threats.

If the police department won't do anything about it, I would take it to media. I did that once. The police department hurried up to do something about it. No department wants bad publicity and don't want no chance of it going to National wide, which I would of done.

You can request to also be "checked on". Police can drive by your own and patrol the area a lot more.

Have a personal "code language" for if you are in danger (he is holding you up in a car or your home) and able to have contact with someone, you can let them know something is wrong with out him knowing you are telling them.

I recommend carrying a cell phone and don't have anything to do with him. Dont get in a car to "talk" or so. Have 911 dialed in with emergancy numbers.

Get custody of the child. No visitation rights due to him being a threat to the child and yourself.

HELLO!! IS ANYBODY OUT THERE!! I hope you're not serious. You need to get somewhere safe and call the police. There are shelters you can go to. I know that doesn't sound great but would you rather be DEAD or your child die. They can take care of this. Let someone you can trust know what is going on. Then take matters to the correct people, the police.

Everytime he shows out, call the cops. Get a copy of the report to cover you until you get a restraining order. Granted it doesn't protect you, but they will help you in court. Be careful.

Call the cops of course. If this man has threatened you or your child you need to take legal action. Good Luck

Get his *** put in jail. Sew him. Become put into the witness protection program in case he ever manages to get out. When your child is older they may become depressed because of it. Expose the child to a happy environment and really talk to her. Even consider dating. Look for love not money.
