I know that the jews have always been extremely consciencious about keeping records of all important events. What historical facts are there confirming the crusifixtion of Jesus Christ and the reserrection of Jesus Christ?

There are no facts. Jesus has been mentioned in some historical writing as a Jewish opponent of the Romans. I think it was in Herodotus, but that is all.
All other info comes from the Bible and is therefore highly dubious.

At the time of Christ, some Jews did not believe that Jesus was the Messiah. You can see that others did, they were the first Christians. He was crucified, and meteorological records say that at the time of the Crucifixion there was either a great storm or earthquake (that day-coincidence?) This was Good Friday. He rose from the dead on Sunday (Easter Sunday). The tomb was guarded by Roman soldiers, but His body was gone. He rose from the dead. The burial shroud, the Shroud of Turin, has been carbon dated by scientists with differing results. But many say that they found allergens in the cloth that were around in that area at that time, and also burns on it from something like a powerful explosion, like nuclear, etc., hence, the Resurrection. Those who believe, believe. Those who don't will think otherwise. Also, when people did not like history, they may have rewritten it. You may not find much in Jewish history, they did not believe Him.

According to Jews there was crucifixion of Jesus BUT no resurrection. The Jews thought of Jesus as a ordinary man but also a troublemaker. Did not accept Him as being the promised Messiah for He did not fit their image of the Messiah. Thought the Messiah would come as a King comparable to the image of human king, possessing riches and power and who would then raise a army and wage war against their Roman oppressors thereby liberating them from Roman oppression. Instead Christ came from a common, even poor family background and preached love thy enemies and pointed out their weaknesses. One historical fact is the cloth that bears the imprint of Jesus's face-one of the women with Mary,His mother used a cloth to wipe His face and it left His face imprinted into the cloth-not just on the surface. Facts of His resurrection are the Gospels and Epistles written by the apostles who witnessed rising up into the sky and disappearing into the Heavens.

There are no historical facts except the gospels that were written around 40 years after his death by unknown authors. The couple of mentions of him in other Jewish writings that were written around the same time period have been proved to be forgeries that were added a few hundred years later. And the picture of his face on a piece of cloth, that the other poster wrote about, (the shroud of Turin), has never been proved to be that of Jesus. Actually, at one time it was dated by science to the year 1200 AD.

Jesus and the crucfixion - probably fact. The resurrection - probably fiction used to brainwash the masses. As for the Shroud of Turin, there is a feasible theory that the image is actually that of James of Molay who was the last Grand Master of the Knights Templar; but I won't open that jar of cobras at the moment.

There are none. He is aluded to have existed by the Romans, the christian bible and a host of writers. Hoever, beliefs are not facts. If he did exist, no one can prove currently, that he was resurected (if such a thing is possible). Once again, belief and faith do not equal facts.

None, whatsoever, except the gospels, the authenticity of which cannot be proven, except that they exist, and therefore had an (several) author(s), who were apparently reporting incidents that they either witnessed, or heard about.
