Forever21.com is one of the cheapest places I've ever seen and they have absolutely amazing clothes and a great selection.

If you are talking about designer stuff try www.smartbargains.com. The clothes are from Loehmans which sells high end designer clothes at a big discount. The stores are great.

yeah i had the same problem if you live by a dd's og to dd;s discounts or go to www.charletterusse. if you go to the store its the clothes are cheaper there
