Is it an automatic sentence, or could he get a fine or probation? What should happen to him?

I read that he can get up to 6 months. He was charges with 2 counts, 1. driving while under the influence, and 2. driving while well over the legal limit. He also got a charge for driving with an open container. But I doubt he will do time.

You can get a max of 6 months, but this is his first offense so he won't do time. I just hope they release the sheriff's video... I've heard it's plenty vulgar. That would be the ultimate punishment!
