You can't control people like that.
You improve your odds by dressing well, keeping clean, avoiding locker room mouthy talk, and doing well at what you do (school, work, etc.) You can try to talk to her or ask her to come over and work on homework together.
You have to wait until two people are each interested in starting a friendship. If you reach out and get nothing back, move on.

Be yourself. Dont try to act someone your not. Always remember that because sooner or later she is going to know the real you. So dont make that mistake. Dont be a captain save a hoe. If you dont know that is someone who pays for everything and gives the girl everything that she wants and the save a girl who has a reputation of being a slu.t. I am not telling you to not buy the girl stuff but I am just telling you that most girls are like cats. They get used to stuff every easily.
