I don't want to see the death of anyone, but since you're talking
about recovering - I say, let him take it - then have him taken
to the Community hospital (not the Ritz hospital), & be
surrounded by sick, disabled & poor people.
Let him be taken care of by an intern who doing a 2nd or 3rd
shift & a nurse who is on her 11th hr. of a 12 hr. shift.
He needs to experience the life in the middle, poor &
poverty classes.
And geez, if I could witness the whole thing, all would be
right with the world for a day!

Then he can feel like he went hunting with Cheney. Actually, the secret service probably bundles bush head to toe in kevlar whenever him and Cheney have a function together.

First of all I am a supporter of President Bush but I would not take a bullet for him. I would only do that for one of my kids, my mom or my husband. Sorry George!

I like Bush, but I wouldn't take a bullet for him-he has the Secret Service to do that for him.

Yes. He is the leader of our country and supposedly of the free world. As a patriot I would die to protect the integrity of the office he holds.
That said... I am probably the most die-hard democrat. I respect the Office of the Presidency, not the President's policies.

Yes, I would. I probably would even if it killed me. I dislike President Bush very , very much, but I'd be famous and get a lot of money. Even if I died, I'd be in history books and stuff. I would definitley take a bullet for him.

I would definetly take a bullet for him. I know that a lot of people hate him but I think he has done the best he can. I still support him as our commander and chief.
