It is no big deal, You disconnect your battery,
Disconnect the batt. cable on the starter.
Undue either 2 or three bolts that hold the starter on.
Pull the stater out.
Clean the surface where the starter goes,
Replace the bolts or nuts.
Reconnect the Batt Cable to the Starter.
Reconnect the battery.
Crank it up and go get a six pack.

It's pretty easy man:
-Disconnect the battery leads
-Get under the front of the engine
-Look for your starter - only about half will be exposed
-Disconnect the wires and leads and pull it out (CAUTION: It's heavier than it looks)
-Put the new starter in place and re-connect the leads
-Reconnect the battery and you are ready to go.
I reccomend buying a Haynes manual for your vehicle. They sell them at all auto parts stores.

I don't know about that specific make & model, but I've replaced 2 starters, and both came with directions. Go to the automotive supply store by you and just ask them.
